Type 1 Fitness was originally designed by Keith Egan to help diabetics gain control of H1C levels and develop a structured training routine.
T1F is now a fitness company that’s available to all levels of fitness. We have a wide variety of programs available from beginners to sports specific athletes. Our goal is to create a structured but yet enjoyable process for each individual to help achieve all of their fitness goals.
