Personal Training 1:1
This will be one on one Personal Training with regular face to face meetings. There will be a program provided by a qualified coach that will be specifically structured for each individual to help reach their fitness goals.
Each coach will give weekly updates on how their client is progressing in every aspect of their fitness levels. It’s important to collect data about a clients training sessions to support the plan we set out at the beginning of the process.
Package Deals.

1 session per week; If you’re a person that understands your training process but needs a little bit of guidance and structure to help reach your goals. This once per week session will be ideal for you with weekly check-ins included.
€250
6 session package; If you want a series of 6 sessions that include weekly check-ins, a structured training program and two training sessions per week with a certified personal trainer, this package will be perfect for you.
€400
12 session package; This package will require a period of commitment to develop some consistency with diet and training to achieve results. There will be a structured program from a certified personal trainer and weekly check-ins over the course of 6 weeks.
Personal 1:1 Training and Class Package
Per Month
€190 Option One
This package deal includes one online class per week and one personal training session per week. There will also be a training program included in this package.
€400 Option Two
This package will give you the opportunity to get two personal training sessions and two online classes per week. It will also include a meal plan along with a structured training program.
€500 Option Three
This option gives you unlimited access to online classes and three personal training sessions per week. There will be weekly check-ins to keep you on track to reach all of your fitness goals.
